Peewee Sanchez is a senior student of Dr. Pradeep Ullal and started studying with him Himalayan Kriya Yoga in 1996???
This has unlocked her abilities as an intuitive healer through touch and her voice which she uses for private or group healing sessions. Her ability to channel Kundalini Shakti allows her to awaken this dormant energy in aspirants that have proved ready as well as guide those seeking help in this matter. Since the global pandemic she has been sharing this practice with the world through retreats, workshops, online courses and teacher trainings.
Peewee has been doing yoga for more than 20 years and training yoga teachers in Hatha Yoga (200hr and 300hr) under Yoga Alliance since 2009. Her first contact with yoga was regular self practice from an Iyengar Book in her native Philippines, with cardboard sheets for a mat. On weekends she would practice Vajrayana Buddhist meditation with her neighbor Khandro Chogyam Drolma. Due to this early exposure to alignment, the energy body and meditation she always looked for teachers that understood and knew how to work with energy through their yoga practice as well as those with an alignment conscious understanding of asana.

I met Peewee during my YTT here in Bali. She introduced me to Kriya Yoga and since that day my life has shifted majorly. The amount of release which has started to happen is unbelievable. Because of the practise with Peewee I was able to get to the most hidden dramas stored in my body and release them. I am grateful to meet Peewee, my amazing teacher and guru. Kriya is a bit of unconventional way of releasing negative emotions and it's an ongoing process but I would recommend everyone to try Kriya and stay open to the practise as it really helps. 10/10 would definitely recommend to try. New depth of experiences has opened to me during these practices. In the beginning I found myself rather skeptical, hearing all the murmur around the Himalayan Kriya Yoga, and the intense emotions people would tell about releasing with Peewee Kriya. That is, until I went to one of the classes myself and ended up crying like a baby (felt so good to let go). Since then it picked up my curiosity, I attended a few more classes and signed up for the teacher training too. My critical nature has never left, I can honestly say that I am not a believer in spiritual or energetic topics. Yet, Himalayan Kriya Yoga and our teacher Peewee Kriya do not require this belief, as the effect was present regardless. Since the first lesson in April, I have completed two levels of teacher training, with a 100 hours of practice and content. It was in the second level where I found myself getting entirely immersed in the Kriya practices, fading in and out between the studio and myself, experiencing my mind and body in new, previously unknown states. I am looking forward to unearth even more new insights and experiences practicing Himalayan Kriya Yoga.
Kriya Yoga is a very powerful ancient practice which shakes up, re-balances & removes energy blockages & stagnation in the body. Feelings & emotions stored along in different body parts. You work with breath, mudras, asana, movement, visualization, relaxation & meditation throughout this beautifully unusual yoga experience. Could not recommend enough!! It is a real life blessing!! & Peewee Kriya is one of the most authentic & knowledgeable Yogis I have met in lifetimes along!! Enjoy!!

It has increased my range of motion, solved several joints issues relating to inflammation and soreness, and has increased blood circulation as well as breathing regularity.
