KRIYA PRACTICE FOR THE HEAD

These kriyas work with our mind, help us clear out the thoughts and remove unwanted emotions from the upper part of the body. Afterwards you will feel a sense of lightness, release fear and clear energy channels in the head balancing left and right hemispheres of the brain.

This is a practical video. So prepare yourself for the practice. Find a good location for your activity. Wear comfortable clothes and you can also use a mat. Watch this video and just repeat. Eyes can be closed for better experience.
